The service
Dingba is an AI tutoring companion. Your tutor is artificial intelligence, not a human, and we say so plainly, always. It is built for learning support and does not replace school, professional advice, or human judgment.
Accounts and children
Accounts are created by adults. A parent or guardian who adds a child's profile confirms they have authority to consent on that child's behalf and can review the child's sessions, flagged moments, and progress from their dashboard at any time.
Acceptable use
Don't abuse the service: no attempts to extract harmful content, harass, impersonate, overload the systems, or use another person's account. Safety filters run on every message and serious concerns are surfaced to guardians.
Subscriptions
Paid plans unlock additional capacity and features. Plan limits are shown before purchase and on your account page. You can cancel anytime; access continues to the end of the paid period.
Your data
See the Privacy Policy. Short version: learning data exists to teach your family, is never sold, and you can delete everything with one action.
Liability
The service is provided as-is; we work hard on accuracy (including machine-verifying math), but no tutor, human or AI, is infallible. Our liability is limited to fees paid in the last 12 months.
